We do not publish list prices, invented discounts or hourly rates, because they would be wrong for most situations. We do explain exactly what drives fees, what each engagement structure includes, and how to get a tailored quote or proposal quickly.
Engagement structures
Each structure is described below without prices. After a discovery call and a short assessment you receive a proposal with a fee, the inclusions and the terms in writing.

Our commitments
What we avoid
Because the same service can cost very different amounts depending on your landscape, the skills needed, coverage hours and how the engagement is structured. A published list price would either overcharge simple situations or under-scope complex ones. After a short assessment you receive a proposal with a clear fee and exactly what it includes.
Our delivery model (Netherlands-facing senior leadership with certified consultants at the Ibadan hub) has a materially lower cost base than a fully Dutch delivery team, and we pass a large part of that on. We do not publish comparisons with other providers because every situation differs; we are happy to be benchmarked against alternative proposals you receive.
Managed support arrangements normally run for an initial twelve months with a notice period, so that onboarding and knowledge transfer pay back for both sides. Flexible hours and projects have no ongoing commitment beyond the agreed scope. Terms are stated in each proposal.
Typically: agreed coverage hours and response arrangements, an included monthly capacity for incidents and small changes, service management, monthly reporting and reviews, and access to the knowledge base. Larger changes are quoted separately. The exact inclusions are listed in your service description.
The discovery call is free. A short support assessment is usually included in the proposal process; a detailed assessment (for example, before a migration) is a scoped piece of work and is quoted in advance.
Clients contract with and are invoiced by Neurosuite B.V. in the Netherlands, in euros, with Dutch VAT rules applied. Payment terms are stated in the proposal.
