These terms apply to the website neuronsuite.com (the "website"), operated by Neurosuite B.V., Raadhuislaan, 3201 EL Spijkenisse, Netherlands ("Neurosuite"). By using the website you accept these terms. Consulting, support, project and resourcing services are provided only under a separate written services agreement; nothing on this website is an offer that can be accepted to form a services contract.
2. Information on the website
We take care to keep the content accurate and current, but the website provides general information about our services and is not professional advice for your specific situation. Service descriptions, engagement structures, programme dates and venues may change. Prices are never published on the website; all fees are stated in a written proposal. Insights articles reflect the authors' professional experience at the date of publication.
3. Academy programme information
Information about the Neurosuite Academy programme in Ibadan is provided for prospective participants. Dates and venues are marked as proposed or confirmed on the academy page. Registration of interest does not reserve a seat, attendance does not guarantee a traineeship, and the certificate of participation confirms attendance only. The detailed conditions on the academy page form part of these terms for participants. Attendance is free; Neurosuite never requests payment for registration, attendance or selection.
4. Permitted use
You may browse the website and use its forms for genuine enquiries. You may not: submit false or misleading information; use automated tools to scrape content or submit forms; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its forms or hosting; introduce malicious code; or use the website in a way that breaks the law or infringes others' rights. We use anti-abuse measures (including rate limiting) to protect the forms.
5. Intellectual property
The website's text, design, logos, illustrations and code are owned by Neurosuite or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view, print and quote short extracts for personal or internal business use with attribution. Any other reproduction requires our written permission. Microsoft, Dynamics 365, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, SAP and SAP Business One are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here to describe the platforms we support; their use does not imply endorsement.

Links to third-party sites (for example, a scheduling provider or supervisory authority) are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Neurosuite is not liable for loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Liability relating to services is governed exclusively by the applicable services agreement.

Our handling of personal data is described in the privacy notice and the cookie notice.

We may change these terms and the website at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes about the website are submitted to the competent court in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence are not affected.
